CombineWell uses other companies to run the platform. Some process personal information on our behalf, including information we process for organizations: these are our subprocessors. Others take part in their own right. Each provider's privacy policy is linked.

Processing information on our behalf
These providers process personal information only to provide their service to CombineWell, including information we process for organizations.
- Supabase: The database, sign-in, file storage and server functions that run CombineWell. The database is hosted in the European Union. Supabase privacy information
- Lovable: Hosting of the CombineWell website and app: it delivers the pages and the app to your browser and receives your network (IP) address and browser details when you open them. - Resend: Delivery of CombineWell transactional emails and account emails such as email confirmation and password reset. Resend privacy information

Payment provider
An organization that takes online membership payments has its own account with the payment provider, and payments go to that account. The provider processes payment information for the organization and also, for some purposes such as fraud prevention and meeting its legal obligations, on its own account under its own privacy policy. Online payments are still in testing.
